Cullen skink or haggis, neeps & tatties with a wee dram of whisky

To Follow

Pan roasted venison loin, wild mushroom, braised red cabbage, neeps & tatties dauphinoise & blackberry jus or chicken Balmoral , wild mushroom, neeps & tatties finished with a creamy whisky sauce

To Finish

Clootie dumpling, berries & home-made clotted cream, vanilla & whisky custard or raspberry cranachan trifle
